The American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin has praised President Barak Obama's push for Medicare reform and increasing the number of medical residency slots. Doctor Vinod Shah, president AAPI, said in a statement that he was honoured to be the only Indian-American community leader to witness the Obama's State of the Union address, in the House of Representatives.
