After the the July Fourth holiday, congress will have about a week to fix the dispute. At issue is preventing the proposed physician fee cuts by cutting Medicare payments to private insurance companies in the Medicare Advantage Program. The insurance industry is fighting the cuts, and the bill is hung up in the Senate. Emeritus News
